Worked out from the ingredients. How we work out our numbers
Ingredients
- 40 g Chia seeds
- 40 g Natural peanut butter
- 50 g Pitted dates
- 120 g Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
- 150 ml Milk (dairy or almond)
- 15 g Honey
- 3 ml Vanilla extract
Method
- 1
Pit and finely chop dates into small pieces. This helps them distribute throughout the pudding.
- 2
In two mason jars or containers, divide chia seeds evenly. Add peanut butter, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to the jars.
- 3
Fold chopped dates into each jar. Stir well to distribute chia seeds and dates evenly throughout. Cover and refrigerate.
- 4
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, as chia seeds absorb liquid and create a creamy texture. Stir and eat cold or warm briefly if preferred.
