Acceptance

By accessing or using RizqMeals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Each person may only maintain one account. If we discover duplicate accounts, we may merge or remove them.

Subscription Plans

RizqMeals offers the following plans:

• Free tier — access to basic meal planning features at no cost
• Pro tier — full access to all features including advanced meal plans, detailed nutrition tracking, and priority support. Priced at $4.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be informed before any price change takes effect.

Content & Recipes

All recipes, meal plans, images, and written content on RizqMeals are our intellectual property. You are welcome to save, print, and share recipes for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute our content without written permission.

Any data you create within the app — including meal ratings, food logs, and personal notes — remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time.

Limitation of Liability

RizqMeals is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any dietary decisions you make, allergic reactions, adverse health outcomes, or any other damages arising from your use of the service. If you have specific medical dietary needs, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on our meal plans.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
