Eat to your goals. No maths, no label-checking.
You don't need to know your macros. Tell us your goal and your body: we work out your calories, protein, carbs, fat and six micronutrients, and keep them right as you weigh in and on every day you fast. 454 halal recipes, budget-smart groceries, fasting built in. Most of it free, no catch. No shame, no red.
Fasting isn't a season. Mondays, Thursdays, the White Days, Ashura, Arafah: your targets adjust on every day you fast.
Rizq (رزق) means provision. It's where our name, and every meal, begins.
Eased to fit a 5h 44m eating window. Protein stays full at 142g.

Ninety seconds to your numbers.
“Every fasting app goes quiet after Eid.”
Suhoor and iftar,
all year round.
Cutting, maintaining, training: your goals don’t pause for your fasts.
Tell us the days you fast and those days change shape: a slow-release suhoor, a replenishing iftar, hydration cues between them, and calories eased to fit the window while protein stays full. Mondays and Thursdays, the White Days, Ashura, Arafah, the six of Shawwal, or a schedule of your own.
No other macro tracker adjusts your targets on the days you fast.
The weight tends to come back after Eid: about 3 kg over the following 18 weeks (PLOS Global Public Health, 2022). That stretch is exactly where we stay with you.
Suhoor that holds. Iftar that refills.
Not two names for “breakfast” and “dinner”. We plan each sitting for the job it has to do, out of the same halal recipes as every other day.

“I log everything, and it still never tells me what to eat.”
You don’t chase your macros.
You’re handed the meals that hit them.
A full day of halal food, built to your calories and your protein before you have logged a thing. Not a target to aim at: breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the shopping list underneath.
Swap anything you don’t fancy and the day re-totals as you go.
Target 142g of protein, met by the three meals as planned.
And everything your current tracker already does.
Yours tells you what you ate. We plan it, track it, and adjust your targets on the days you fast. One app, and the tag on each line says what it costs.

Questions, answered.
How do you verify recipes are halal?
Every recipe is built halal from the start: no pork, no alcohol, and meat-based recipes specify halal-certified cuts. Where an ingredient is commonly available in non-halal forms (gelatine, stock, sauces), the recipe names the halal alternative.
Does fasting mode only work for Ramadan?
No, it works for any fast, all year. Ramadan, Mondays and Thursdays, the white days, Ashura, Arafah, the six of Shawwal, or a schedule of your own. Tell us which days you fast and those days switch to a suhoor and iftar plan, with your targets adjusted for each one.
How do you decide fasting-day targets?
Protein stays at your full target, because that is what protects muscle while you fast. Calories are only eased when your eating window is genuinely short, and the reason is comfort rather than need: fasting does not change what your body spends, it changes how many hours you have to eat in. Tap the target on any fasting day and we show the working, the window it was based on, and the strength of each claim beside it, down to the one we label practitioner consensus rather than proven.
Can I still cut or train while I'm fasting?
Yes, and we'd rather you did. Your goal carries straight through a fasting day: protein stays at your full target, which is what protects the muscle you've built, and only calories move. If your week is mostly fasts we hold the cut shallower than usual: a gentler deficit you can actually keep, rather than a steep one that hands the weight back after Eid. For training, the evidence points at lifting after iftar, fed, rather than fasted before it. Gaining size through a long stretch of fasts is the genuinely hard one, so we'll steer you to maintenance first and put the muscle on afterwards.
What if I eat something off-plan?
Log it in two taps and your day simply shows "Plan + Extras". No red warnings, no guilt. The plan adjusts and moves on, and so should you.
Do I need to pay to use it?
No. Your numbers worked out for you, planning, tracking, the grocery list, fasting mode and unlimited swaps are free forever. Pro (£6.99/mo) adds numbers that learn from your weigh-ins and what you log, the six micronutrients estimated when the label is silent, AI logging, your full history, nutrition export and moving calories to the day your week needs them. Pro starts with a 21-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Can I invite a friend?
Give a week, get a week. Your code lives in your profile, and when a friend joins with it you both get 7 days of RizqMeals Pro. No card, nothing to cancel; it simply lapses back to Free. Share it as often as you like: your own week stacks onto any you are already holding. It's a welcome for new accounts, so it won't pay out on an account that's been with us a while.
