- 100 g Peanut butter
- 60 g Protein powder
- 40 g Almonds, chopped
- 100 ml Almond milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Method
- 1
Set the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4) and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper. Give it 4 minutes to come up to temperature.

Beat the 160g chopped dates with 100g peanut butter and 100ml almond milk in a bowl until you have a thick, even paste.
- 3
Work in the 200g oats, 60g protein powder, 40g chopped almonds and 1 tsp cinnamon until the mixture is stiff and no dry oats remain.
- 4
Tip the mixture into the lined tin and press it flat and even with the back of a spoon.
- 5
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the edges are golden and the top feels firm.
- 6
Leave in the tin for 10 minutes so the bars set, then lift out and cut into five.
